Internet options/ content

Can someone please help. I've recently used content to
ask if I can view an internet page through a password and
it worked fine. I dont know what happened but it doesnt
work now. Does anyone have an idea? I've enabled the
content advisor, under security under custom level I
highlighted to ask for a password. Help.

Not sure if I understand what you are saying. It is possible that you are
not giving the correct password. If you have forgotten it, then see if this

Remove the Content Advisor and Ratings password

If I have the wrong end of the stick, I am sorry.
