Internet not Working

Hi,
I want to expalin my problem. I have internet connection through
ethernet. Now recently I am attacked by some virus...which stops
Norton and other antivirus( f secure) and blocks their updates and
even websites....but internet is working...after then I installed
Panda share ware and it completely cleaned all visues( very
effective)...but there is clash between Norton and panda...so system
started hanging when i use to boot....so I remeoved all antivirus...
and then started installing Norton again....then Internet stopped
working....I have updated antivirus of Norton and avg and had run full
sysstem scan( sevaral times).. reinstalled Norton....even windows Xp(
repaired)several times...disabled system restore and had run system
scan in Safe mode...I even tried some tool like WinsockxpFix... to fix
the TCP/ IP problem....I know its not the problem with the internet
connection or administrator...because the other system in my room is
working if I connect the ethernet.
