Internet issues

hey all ..

I can connect to my network , I can ping yahoo.com .
everything seems ok, but I can not browse. I tried
different browsers, nothing , but the IP address and DNS
and everything else is ok, but no browsing . I ran virus
scanners and spywares and all , but nothing ..

Any suggestion???
