Internet files or information log files

I am afraid my kid might be getting into internet sites that I don't know
about. Is there a log file or one I can setup somewhere that will show me
when she logged on and where she went? She deletes the history file and the
temporary internet files each time she logs off.

I am just afraid for her. With all the horror stories you hear about young
girls meeting someone or getting into something that they saw on the internet
is just too big of a risk. One I am not willing to take.

Can anyone out there help me?

For some requirements, you may find it easier to invest in a
3rd-party solution, such as NetNanny or CyberPatrol.

You need to be aware, however, that *NO* technical or software
solution is fool-proof, and _none_ can ever adequately take the place of
live adult supervision. If you cannot trust your children to
safely/properly use the computer without supervision, you may have to
consider limiting their access to it.
