internet exployer

I just upgraded internet exployer yesterday to the new 7.0. Now when i log on
to my account the icon on my desk top stays plain blue for awhile then the
circle around the ( e ) turns yellow what does this mean?

The application is Internet Explorer.

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...?dg=microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general
