internet exployer error

I have changed computers about a year ago. I have
replaced my millennium 2000, with a windows "XP" home
edition. I never had a problem with viewing videos or
audio news or information reports. but with My windows XP
home edition I am having lots of errors. I have recieved
some information on how to repair the problem. But they
think I am a "IT" person. I have complained to bill many
times but nothing. I wonder if anyone else is hving the
same probs and have a soulition?
