Internet Explorer's home page gets changed automatically

Somehow everytime I power up my Windows XP PC, the default
homepage is not the one I originally had. I reset the
home page by going through the tools drop down and apply.
But if I power down and then later power up and go into
explorer, the home page is set to something I have never
seen before. It is also the same home page.

I too have this frustrating problem.
