Althogh every usser has admin privliges i cant acces
internet options I get "this option has been canceled doto
restrictions on this computor see administrator" I am the
administrator dam it i bulit this dam thing Although i do
seem to have acces under other usser name
 
the Coolweb spyware does this if it gets on your machine.
Do a search for CWShredder on google for a coolweb removal
tool

When I go to 'Tools' 'Internet Options' I get the following error:
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator.

If you have SpyBot S & D installed, go to SpyBot - Search and Destroy
Immunize, and UNcheck the "Lock IE Control Panel..." box.

If you have troubles with your browser not having all the controls in the
expected places download and run this .reg file.
