cannot enable INTERNET OPTIONS under tools

I cannot enable Internet Options under TOOLS in Microsoft
Internet Explorer.

This Error message appears on my PC:

"This options has been cancelled due to restriction in
effect on this computer. Please contact your syetem
administrator".

Now I cannot access to the Ineternet Options.

Please advise!

Work around (Steps) :
1) Open the Registry Editor by click start, run, and then typing Regedit.
Click OK
2) Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\POLICIES\MICROSOFT\INTERNET
EXPLORER\Restrictions
3) In the right pane, check to see if the Nobrowseroptions entry exists. If
so,
right click the Nobrowseroptions entry, and click delete to remove it. Close
Registry Editor and restart the computer.
4) The options menu should now be available.

I had the same problem. The offending virus or worm was
caught and deleted by Ad-Aware.
