Internet Explorer

I recently purchased a new computer with Internet
software loaded on it. I am unable to view secure web
sites. If I log onto my bank's web site, when I attempt
to sign onto my account I get an error message "Page not
Available". This happens with other web sites that
require a log-in.

Any suggestions?
