I can not figure out why Internet Explorer opens a new
instance of a window that is minimized and unable to be
viewed except for in the task bar. I will visit a site
and 9 instances of IE will open and remain minimized in
the task bar. The instances can not be maximized or
viewed but I can close them. However, it's an annoyance
that I have to deal with this with XP.
