How do I set up my computer so that it always remembers
the Web sites that I have visited? In other words, I want
to be able to click on the arrow in the address bar and
see all of the sites I have visited.

In IE, try View|Explorer Bar|History

AFAIK, you can't get it to work exactly the way you describe.
