Everytime i surf the net using IE i get this window that
is always popping up it says

A Runtime Error has occured
Do you wish to Debug?


I have downloaded every update.Does anyone know what to
do???? please help

Turn the debugger off. Yep it's that simple. At the top of
your open IE browser click tools\internet options\advanced
tab and under the browsing section put a check mark
in "disable script debugging" and uncheck "display a
notification about every script error". No update needed
just some configuring. While you are at it why not click
your way around the tabs under internet options and find
some of the configuration stuff for yourself. Keep smiling

*Please* quote some of the post to which you are replying. Yes, it could
be as simple as turning off the "disable script debugging" option, but
most prebuilt computers come with that option disabled by default.
Spyware/malware can cause this problem, as can viruses. The op should
do the usual Windows troubleshooting by scanning with a current
antivirus program (meaning a version not later than 2002 and using
updated virus definitions) show and removing spyware with Spybot Search
& Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com.
