Hey,
I am having problems with Internet Explorer 6.1
Firstly, i have just reinstalled my pc a few days ago, clean SP2 XP Home
Secondly, i have installed everything and it was fine until today
A program or (something) has attacked Internet Explorer so now it doesn't show my main default page being (google).
So i thought, its one of those easy things, popped into settings and changed it back, hit home and sorted.
Closed Internet Explorer, and it reappeared showing page about:blank and some manually stored search engine with no reference to the page on the HDD
So i don't know what to do, i went through regedit trying to find it and no references to it at all, can anyone help in solving this mystery, as manually defaulting back to google in settings does not work after i close all instances of Internet Explorer, tried ad-aware and nothing is returned.
