internet explorer wont open full

Hi when i click on a link the next page opens into a small box, i tried
streathing the page and maximazing the page and still when i click on a link
it still opens small. Any help of this will be appreciated.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
