internet explorer windows

Prolly a dumb question, but here goes: Every time I open
a new window for internet explorer it opens, but it is
shrunk real small, so that you must click maximize before
you can read anything. does anyone know how to make it so
that it opens maximized or even opens so that you can see
a majority of the page and not scaled small as possible.

Tom,
Stretch that second window out to the desired size- don't use maximize.
Close other IE windows. Close that window last.
