Hi,

I would like to configure IE to open all of its windows at the same place, that
is one directly on top of the previous one and for all windows to keep the exact
same dimension as well

Not possible. Workaround: drag the Explorer window to almost
full-screen size with the mouse and press CTRL while you close the
window. You may have to re-do this fo some times, but then all new
Explorer windows should open in this size. You cannot use the Maximize
command as Windows will not save the size of maximized windows.
From time to time you may find that the window size differs again.
This can be due to f. e. web sites which automatically resize the
window. You have to enlarge the window then on the described way.
