Internet Explorer Window

When I enter my Internet Explorer...it always goes to a
small window particularly from a hyper link...how do I
make it a large window from the get go...I understand
about minimizing and maximizing..but I need it to be
maximized from the start.

Open up Internet Explorer and maxinize it and then close
it will it is in the maximize state ( make sure it is the
only Internet Explorer window open ) and then open
Internet Explorer from a hyperlink and then it will open
in maximize state
