Internet Explorer will not launch

This morning when I booted up IE give an hourglass for a few seconds
then....nothing. I am running XP-Pro. I installed SP2 to see if that would
fix things, no luck. I presume I have a virus, but Norton finds nothing. Any
ideas?

Hi,

Why do you presume you have a virus? Are there other symptoms? Have you
tried simply rebooting? Does iexplore.exe show on the processes tab of task
manager after trying to open Internet Explorer?
