Internet Explorer will not close

'tLately, I've had problem where I can't close the internet explorer, I can't
even type in anything on the search bar. And, if I can close the window
browser, at the bottom, it say "about blank". Do I have adware on my
computer? I've used a couple of spyware software and the result is clean.
Any helps would be appreciated.
