Internet Explorer Toolbars won't stay configured

I have a couple add-on toolbars that I like to use with IE, but they
won't stay configured the way I set them up.

I have Google and Copernic toolbars that were added by each of the
respective apps. I position toolbars up the way I like them, and every
time I reopen IE, one or the other or both are missing or stuffed at
the end of the address bar.

How can I make IE restart itself with the toolbars the way I want
them? I've tried locking the toolbars, leaving them unlocked, nothing
helps.

Hold on replying for a while. I just found the "lockietoolbars" reg
edit on Kelly's Corner. Let's see if that fixes things.
