Internet Explorer Title

Silly question. On the title (example - "Internet Explorer Newsgroups Home")
of each browser I open up has added their name to the end of the title
("Internet Explorer Newsgroups Home - Everyones Internet"). I haven't has
this ISP for over three years. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the
"everyones internet" part of the browser?
