Internet Explorer Settings Using Microsoft Antispy Beta

I'm having problems with my IE Explorer Home page as I
changed it on the IE Settings Browser Restore and System
Explorer and somehow when I restart the system goes back
to the old home page. I have tried to change it many time
with no avail, can somebody tell me how to get this
change stick?

Why not just change it in IE? It only takes three mouse clicks in IE and it will stick.

I have done it few times and still reverts to msm.com, so
I need a better answer.
