hi there,

i am wanting to create a app that is able to server rich html documents
(ie with flash, javascript etc.). What would be the best way to go about
this.

Best way to go about that is to use the Browser COM object ..

You can find it under "Costomize Toolbox" dialog >> COM Components >>
Microsoft Web Browser
