Internet Explorer Script Error in Outlook's Hotmail Account

Greetings,

What would cause an Internet Explorer Script Error when selecting Outlook's
Hotmail inbox?

The error is identified as line 15, char 1, code 0 - permission denied.

Selecting either Yes or No to answer the continue running scripts question
results in a blank field.

Your suggestions would be appreciated.

Well, revising the list of started XP services seems to have resolved the
problem.
Fingers crossed, all will now continue to operate as they should.
