Internet Explorer reports error doesn't open

Internet Explorer reports error Iexplorer has caused an
error (unknown). I run Windows ME and MSn 8. Everything
works except Internet Explorer. I reloaded Explorer. I
still have the problem. I also get an error message on C:
programs files/misconfig/msiconfig.exe

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
