Windows XP internet explorer reoccurring error page

Hello everyone. I just recently tried accessing my IE and this error page came up and continues to do so every attempt I make to search the web. I'm using windows XP home edition. The URL is " C:\WINDOWS\system32\notfound.html " Below is my hijack information so maybe someone here can possibly tell me what i need to check and fix through hijackthis. Thank you !!!
