Internet Explorer Quits

When I am using IE for no apparent reason it just quits.
Sometimes I get a message that says services.exe has
encountered a problem and needs to close. Help!

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
