When printing to a generic text printer from internet
explorer 6 sp1 (unsure about other versions of ie)
Internet explorer appends a space to EACH and EVERY line
printed.
Mozilla does not exhibit this issue.
This can be tested by creating a normal text document e.g.
call the document test_print.txt
containing some text.
Print the document to a generic text printer, but route
the output port to a file.
Check the contents of the outputted file.
The output file will contain an extra space on the end of
each line.
Does anyone know how to fix this? It is not a margins
issue. It is not related to the type of printer being
used.
OS's tested = WindowsXP & windows2k
IE 6 sp1 with all recent bug fixes.
