Internet explorer photo problems

When I try to down load photos explorer will only let me download in bmp and
no other format. I have tried cleaning the cache and temp files. anyone have
any ideas on how to fix this problem.

You need to clear out the temporary internet files. In internet
explorer, Tools, Internet Options, under Temporary Internet Files choose
delete files and delete all offline content.

Delete your Temporary Files folder, too. Use Disk Cleanup.
