Internet Explorer not showing up in Add/Remove (Windows XP)

Hi, I have install Ad-aware and I think the shareware just delete some
good registery of IE6. I try to reinstall IE6 by all the way that you
explain and I try to do a repair of winXP too, but i always having the
same trouble with my IE6. It seems to don't see any page when is not
local on the computer. But with mozila the internet going fine.
Somebody have a solution to repair registery??
