Internet Explorer Not Loading Pages

I am not sure what happened or what I did but now that every time I
goto load IE, nothing happens except a white screen. I use FeedDemon
RSS reader and it won't function because it uses IE as well. I
uninstalled and reinstalled, I ran my virus checker, adware checker,
everything and still nothing. Firefox still works great so I know it's
not my internet connection. Can someone please please help as most of
my programs are dependent on IE. Thanks.
