internet explorer - no address bar

View>Toolbars

and then click the toolbars you want turned on. After
you've got at least 1 toolbar on, you can also right
click on a blank spot on the toolbar to get the same
options.

no menu bar either? - no view

thanks, but i don't even have a menu bar - no file, no
edit, no view, no insert, no help - nothing - just a title
bar
