Internet explorer issue

Example: If I go to ebay and view a picture (jpeg format),
I am able to view the picture but the description is not
readable. If I cut and past the description into Word,
it appears in English. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Can you post the URL of the eBay page, and
state what is not readable?
