Hi,
I was recently on the net and typed in an incorrect URL in the explorer bar.
Immediately some bloody porn site appeared with windows popping up all over
the place and I could not get rid of them, even with Ctrl-Alt-Delete.
By finally closing God knows how many windows I was left with one small
window called 'Internet Explorer Inbox' that would not go no matter what I
did.
I turned off the machine and restarted and it was gone.
I ran Webroot spyware scan and McCafee virus check with everything disabled
and the web cable pulled out as I was worried, no bad results from either.
Is 'Internet Explorer Inbox' valid or is some kind of scam, virus or
something?
I've never seen it before and I would like to hear anyone's thoughts on the
matter,
Regards,
Alan.
