internet explorer (IE) keeps crashing

Hello all,

When I connect to internet using IE via modem the browser
crashes saying' encountered a problem will shut down' and
the shuts down giving option wether to send an error log
to microsoft or not.

when i start another IE it works fine but crashes later
after some time witht he same results.

plz help
