Internet explorer home page

After trying Joi as an isp, and uninstalling it after i
tried it, internet explorer home page is still set to Joi.
Cannot change as everything is grayed out. What can i do
to gain control again?

First... did you inadvertently lock this using the Spybot Immunize feature?
