After visiting pages, open Internet Explorer, click on File> Work Offline.
Then access the web pages using your history list.

This feature used to work quite well years ago. I haven't used it in recent
years since so many pages now have ad feeds built in to them. Those feeds
will seek a connection and when none is found will cause messages about no
connection is found. While one can usually get past the messages and still
view cached page content, I find it to be annoying. Instead I've switched
to saving web pages that I want to read offline using File> Save As> .mht
file or "web page,html only."

Keep an eye on this thread though as someone else that still uses Work
Offline may post with some tips about how to use it minus the annoyance
factor.
