Internet Explorer has encountered a problem & needs to close.

When I use my IE, I receive the message above. I am told
to send an error report, which I do but I still keep
receiving the same message everytime I use IE.
When I check the report being sent, these are the facts
sent:
Error Signature
AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVersion: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: oleaut32.dll
ModVersion: 3.50.5016.0
Offset: 000015e3

I would very much appreciate it if you could help me w/
this problem so that I don't have to keep having my IE
close while I am working on the internet.

Joyce,
Check for adware, spyware, parasites with:
Ad-aware ... http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/ (about 1.5 MB)
Spybot S&D ... http://www.safer-networking.org/ (about 3.5 MB)
Both progams should be updated after installation- before use.
