internet explorer hangs after closing out of certain websites(KAZAA?)

I am using windows 98se and IE6. I noticed that after I
downloaded Kazaa that when I am on IE and closing out of
certain websites (espn, etc), my system will hang for a
few minutes and the only thing that will respond is my
cursor and mouse. Then suddenly my system will resume
working until I repeat the process. What gives?

Kazaa came with some parasites as always.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).

This sounds familiar to my previous problem. Does your

addresses that you enter into the web box change from what
you entered? Check windows start(bottom left on
desktp),control panel, start up menu for New.Net. If it is
there uncheck it to turn it off. Then totally reboot. If
this works go to
