Internet Explorer Group Policy question?

Is there a way to modify Internet Explorer group policy settings without
importing all of IE settings of the admin workstation? We are trying to add
a couple trusted sites to the IE security settings with group policy but it
all IE settings are added to the IE policy using the import function. Is
there another way to do this without writing custom adm files? Is their
another IE adm file from MS that allow for config of individual IE settings?
