Setting HKCU keys using Group Policy

Is there a way i can modify one of the ADM file to allow me to set
HKCU registry keys outside of the Policies section using Group Policy.

I want to add a group policy entry that sets the IE cache size

this is stored in a HKCU key that is not under
HKCU\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\POLICIES.

can this be done?

Glenn-
Yes you can do it but your best bet is to create a new ADM, rather than
editing an existing one. Interestingly, there already is an ADM supplied by
Microsoft to set this value. Its called inetcorp.adm. However, the latest
version I have does not support IE 6 and it does not appear to work
correctly when I used it on a IE 6. This may be because, when last I
checked, its not a simple matter of setting one registry value with the
cache size. There are a couple values that get set when you change the cache
size--at least in IE 6.
