It seems that almost every time I open and use Internet Explorer, I
eventually have to go into Task Manager and "end process" because IE has
gobbled up tons and tons of memory - many times in excess of 100K!!!. There
are also times when I will end IE by simply closing it, but will have to go
into Task Mgr to "end process" on an old session before I can get a new one
to start because the session I closed is still sitting out there in memory
eating away.
I have run adware and spyware cleaners, including Microsoft's spyware
software, run virus scans, everything I can think of. I've aqsked 2
different network guys that I work with, and neither seems to know what's
wrong or how to fix it.
Any ideas/suggestions??
