Internet Explorer Errors

My internet explorer comes up with an error a lot in which
it has to close and I lose whatever I'm doing online. I'm
using Windows ME. Any ideas of what I can do to stop
constantly getting this error that causes explorer to
close?
 
There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
