Internet explorer closes an knocks me offline

i just recvd a new dell pc. ( win xp professional) i installe dthe msn software as i use msn to connect to the internet. but when i go t o website such as pogo.com i click on a room to in ( euchre) then when i go to click on a room to gointo , it says loading game, then when you hear it click, as if it was gettin ready to open room, my whole msn shuts down an i go back to my desktop to find out i was disconnectde from internet also. i have done a system restor eback to eth day i recvd my pc, ( 4 days ago) so that when i installe dmsn everything wud be new, but SOS. so i trie dgoin to yahoo games. same thing happened. when i go to a room , instead of openin the room, it closes msn. ive tried goin thru internet explorer an it does the same thing. ive downloaded the latest XP drivers for I E 6.0 still no luck, still crashes, ive scanne dfor viruses, no virus. only thing i havent done is reload windows and im not doin that.
