Internet Explorer (auto refresh)

Wanting to know if there is anything one can do to have
Internet Explorer refresh it self every so often?
 
There are things that can be done on the web page (server side) that will
cause the browser to refresh, but I don't know of anything that can be done
at the browser (client) side other than hitting F5.
