INTERNET EXPLORER 7 VEY VEY SLOW CANANYONE HELP ME?

Im running XP PRO amd AOL but when I use IE7 its very very slow.
while browesing, Takes for ever to open a site.
Can anyone help me with this?

might try turning off the phishing filter.
could be interference from aol.

This might help. Go tools, Internet options delete. Delete temporary
intenet files and clear the history. This should speed things up. Do this
once a week.
