Internet Explorer 6

Internet Explorer opens but there is not a toolbar, addres
bar, status buttons or anything other than the browser
window showing and it is not in full screen mode. Is there
a way to fix this?
 
Hi,
click on the view menu(alt + v also works). when the menu open up click on
tool bars and a sub menu opens up now click on the bar that you need.
