Internet Explorer 6.0 Pop up add (just one add)

Hi everone,
I sure hope someone can help me.
Problem: Each time I go on-line there is a pop up add which appears underneath my browser and home page. I installed the google toolbar which included a pop up stopper and it does a good job with this one exception of an initial pop up add when I first go on-line. Can anyone help me get rid of this pop up add?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
