Internet Explorer 6.0 looks funny

After Windows XP was reinstalled, the Internet Explorer 6.0 lost the scroll
bar (scrolling horizontally) at the bottom the Internet Explorer window. As a
result, some web page displays look funny, only portion of the window is used.

What should be done to get the scroll bar back? Thanks.

It sounds like your monitor settings are over width, and at full screen,
there is no scrollbar. First, try clicking the middle box in the top right
corner to get a reduced display. If this works, check your monitor settings
and video card settings in "Display Properties". From your reinstall, you
might have gotten different drivers off of the Windows disk! Also, go to
Windows updates and click Custom updates, and see if any Hardware updates
come that apply to your Video Card.
